          The Fill-Up is about cultivating the idea that health and wellness is directly linked to passion, joy, and happiness. Fee Adams and Jenni French have partnered to produce virtual and in-person events aimed at improving your health and your love of fitness. Come to an event and let us fill you up...mind, body and spirit.

           

          Neighbors since 1994, Fee and Jenni have a love of fitness and passion to share that joy with others. For more than a decade they have dreamed of a partnership that would foster community and help people improve their health and wellness. Thus, the Fill-Up was created.

          FIORELLA ADAMS

          Or "Queen Fee", as we like to call her, because she has forgotten more about fitness than most people know.

          Fee began her fitness journey in October of 2002. Since then, she has inspired hundreds of people in central CT. Her certifications include

          AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, ISSA Personal Trainer, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, NESTA LifeStyle and Weight Management Specialist, Zumba Levels 1 and 2, Insanity, P90X, Core DeForce, Transform 20, Turbokick, PiYo, AMPD Kettlebell, BuFFGirl Fitness, and Biggest Loser Coach. Quite simply, she is a dynamo.

          JENNI FRENCH

          Our very own ball of fire, as her energy rivals that of the sun.

          Jenni started teaching dance classes in 1982. She was awarded an MFA in dance from Sarah Lawrence College in 1990. Across the last four decades, her specialty is teaching adults...especially those with little-to-no experience. Having also discovered a passion for running after her kids were grown, Jenni married her love of fitness and dance by getting certified in ZUMBA and Beachbody's cardio hip hop format called CIZE. From line dancing, to hip hop, to standing ABs, Jenni's positivity is infectious no matter the fitness format.

          FITNESS RETREATS

          In person and/or virtual events to try three to four different fitness formats over a two hour period.

          NUTRITION CONVERSATIONS

          Connect with other health-minded people and grow your understanding of how nutrition and exercise go hand in hand.

          ZUMBA CLASSEs

          Up your joy quotient with this dance-based cardio format.

          LINE DANCING LESSONS

          Mosey on over for this low-impact but high fun factor class.

          CIRCUIT/INTERVAL/HIIT

          Target all the major muscle groups in this highly effective format; can be modified for all levels of experience.

          MINI WORKOUTS

          20-30 minute virtual workouts —stretching, abs, and more — to round out your health and wellness experience.

          “GET RIPPED” CHALLENGE

          This 4-week guided challenge is just what you need to keep yourself disciplined, motivated and empowered in the month of May.

          • a weekly workout incorporating choreographed cardio, resistance, and core (Weds. 6:05pm-7:05pm)
          • diet and nutritional guidance 
          • a virtual PEP/ Q&A session 
          • a private FACEBOOK group for participants 
          • coaching and group support to help you achieve your goal
